Person Specification

This is a varied and vibrant role. The candidate will mainly be working alongside the Senior clerk but will also work closely with the clerking team and with barristers on various aspects of the role as set out above. Strong interpersonal skills, a great work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a team are vital.

Key Responsibilities

Chambers’ Accounts using Quick Books (or alternative); Preparing budget for approval; Organising annual seminar and evening party for over 600 solicitors; Ensuring facilities are safe and compliant; Ordering yearly publications FCP, @aGlance, @eglance etc; Assisting with mini pupil and pupillage applications; Compliance with GDPR, Cyber Security and Bar Council regulations and updates; Consulting with contracted I.T. Support; Health and safety officer, ensuring compliance.
