Person Specification

The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and effective individual with a proactive, “can-do” attitude and a willingness to take on a varied workload. You will bring energy and commitment to the role, working closely with the Operational Support Manager to support the day-to-day running of Chambers’ support function. A collaborative approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks will be key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilities management – Primary contact for the Landlord on leases, rent, refurbishment, modification, etc.
  • Primary contact for all external suppliers, which will include some contract negotiation and procurement of office equipment.
  • H&S training, PAT testing, fire and risk assessments, records maintenance.
  • Act as a first point of contact for all IT issues and regularly review the delivery of service level agreement timeframes.
  • Responsible for the effective management of the Chambers’ regulatory and compliance needs by ensuring the Chambers is compliant with all regulatory requirements.
