Person Specification

  • Qualification in marketing, business development, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing or business development experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and WordPress. LEX advantageous.
  • Experience in chambers or the professional services sector

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute impactful internal and external marketing events.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, brochures, newsletters, and digital assets.
  • Manage client databases for targeted and effective campaigns.
  • Maintain and update website content.
  • Drive social media engagement with compelling content and monitor analytics.
  • Lead podcast promotion and online visibility initiatives.
  • Coordinate legal directory submissions and ensure accuracy.
  • Analyse rankings to guide future strategies.
  • Manage referee collation and researcher communications.
