Arbitration Chambers is seeking an experienced Marketing Executive. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and working closely with the Chief Executive and Head of Chambers, the role supports day-to-day marketing, events, social media and operational activity. The role requires a creative, organised and proactive individual who can collaborate with other Chambers staff and arbitrators to deliver effective and professional marketing services.

Person Specification

  • Candidates should:
  • Have at least 5 years' marketing experience in legal or professional services
  • Possess strong events management skills and experience using client management systems and social platforms
  • Have good AI knowledge and experience
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
  • Be proactive, organised and flexible, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Be experienced preparing legal directory submissions

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Chambers’ Marketing Plan, including planning and delivering external events
  • Lead and manage legal directory submissions, including liaising with the directory researchers and Chambers’ arbitrators
  • Manage Chambers’ social media profile, website and news releases
  • Liaise with arbitration institutions and journalists and other industry professionals
  • Assist with development of business plans for arbitrators
  • General administration that comes with a chambers marketing role and ad-hoc office tasks in collaboration with other Chambers staff.
