Marketing Executive 

Our client is a renowned for its sheer strength and breadth of expertise for its property litigation and agricultural work as well as an excellent reputation for planning law.

They are currently seeking a Marketing Executive to assist with the essential marketing of a busy civil practice.  The role will ideally suit someone with at least 3 years’ marketing experience either from another busy set of chambers or similar environment.

Job description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with Members of Chambers to elicit material for marketing
  • Formulating and implementing marketing ideas
  • Organising marketing events
  • Actively managing, maintaining and expanding our social media profile
  • Arranging submissions and liaising with Legal Directories
  • Uploading and editing content for Chambers website
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate marketing databases
  • Liaising and establishing a profile with the relevant trade press
  • Organising and recording podcasts
  • Arranging for filming/recording of seminars where necessary and maintaining a library of these events
  • Uploading material to the Chambers YouTube and podcast channels
  • Collating and distributing articles, PowerPoint slides and handouts produced by members of Chambers

Person Specification:

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 3-4 years’ relevant marketing experience, preferably from a chambers’ or similar legal environment.

The candidate needs to:

  • be self-motivated, able to work on their own in a busy professional environment
  • possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and
  • have a good working knowledge of the necessary software and IT packages associated with this position.
