Person Specification

• Be able to demonstrate a track record of executing successful events and marketing campaigns
• Possess a creative mindset with the ability to develop high quality marketing and event content that aligns with the chambers' brand identity
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be proficient in using various marketing channels, both digital and traditional, to engage legal or professional services clients effectively
• Have experience of drafting impactful social media posts

Key Responsibilities

• Publicising the work of chambers, the various practice groups, and individual barristers
• Proposing new and innovative ideas for promoting chambers and increasing brand visibility
• Supporting chambers on all communication channels, including but not limited to the website, social media channels, email communications and printed publicity
• Working on industry award submissions
• Organising and promoting seminars, webinars, conferences, corporate hospitality and internal social events
• Supporting chambers with the submissions process for Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500
