The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating our legal directory submissions, assisting with events, and ensuring the smooth delivery of all marketing activities. Person Specification

  • Experience of working in a service environment such as law or financial services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively over the telephone, by email and in person
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong time management
  • Ability to prioritise own workload, work unsupervised on regular tasks and ensure that they are completed on time
  • Prepared to work outside normal office hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the legal directory submissions (Chambers & Partners/Legal 500)
  • Event support for seminars, conferences and social events, including on-the-day set up such as catering and name badges.
  • Managing guest lists and RSVPs
  • Client database updates
  • Diary coordination
  • Collating data for reports
  • Website and social media management
  • Designing basic graphics for social media via design software such as Canva or InDesign
  • Managing marketing stock orders
  • General support as needed

Professional Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 GCSE’s including a pass for English and Maths
  • Literacy in Microsoft Office applications, including basic Excel
  • Experience of working on events would be ideal but it is not a pre-requisite
  • Knowledge or experience of the legal profession would be helpful but is not a pre-requisite
