Due to a planned restructure of the Practice Management Team, Chambers now seeks an additional Clerk who will play a hands-on role in the provision of a comprehensive clerking service to members and clients. This client facing role requires experience of commercial and or civil practice management. Suitable applicants will be confident and comfortable building and developing professional client relationships, be capable of managing and mentoring junior staff.

Person Specification

The successful candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, be a natural leader and motivator with the ability to influence colleagues, members and clients. Be a strong team player with a proactive approach. Be able to demonstrate use of initiative, including taking ideas from inception through to delivery. They will also be business minded, commercially aware, and possess relevant experience gained in an equally fast paced Chambers’ environment.
