An opportunity has arisen to join Keating Chambers as a Finance & Administration Executive to join our Operations, Finance & Administration team. Person Specification

• Be a team player able to work unsupervised and under pressure.
• Have excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
• Be polite, friendly and of smart appearance.
• Be able to demonstrate a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Be able to handle confidential information discreetly.

Key Responsibilities

• The duties of the post will include purchase ledger, sales ledger, petty cash and bank and credit card reconciliation, using Xero Accounts and Meridian Law Connected. Please see job description (on link below) for a full list of duties.
• This role will report to the Finance and Administration Manager.

Professional Qualifications

• A minimum of two A Levels with a university degree preferred.
• Experience of Xero Accounts/Meridian Law Connected preferred (training will be provided as required)
