In conjunction with the Marketing and Events Manager, you will support the planning, organising, promotion and execution of events, encompassing tasks such as managing budgets, coordinating vendors and ensuring a smooth and successful event experience for guests.

Landmark Chambers is a leading barristers’ Chambers seeking an Events Executive to take ownership of planning, organising and delivering a wide range of high-profile events. These include conferences, seminars, webinars, international engagements, bespoke training sessions, as well as networking events such as receptions, dinners and other social functions.
Person Specification
The role has a core focus on events; however, you will have the opportunity to assist and be involved in a range of marketing activities including email campaigns, social media marketing, content creation and the Chambers’ website. You will be joining a busy Marketing team supporting over 100 barristers. The successful candidate will have at least two years’ experience in a legal, professional services or corporate events role and be willing to step in to help other members of the Marketing team
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Marketing and Events Manager with end-to-end event planning, management and delivery of events (webinars, conferences, seminars, receptions)
- Using LEX CRM database and Eventbrite to create and send marketing mailshots
- Reviewing and formatting marketing materials for events
- Attending events held both in Chambers and off-site, to ensure their smooth running
Professional Qualifications
- Educated to a degree standard
- At least two years’ experience in a related marketing or events role, including demonstrable experience of delivering marketing events to a high standard
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including good spoken and written English
- Calm, patient and flexible approach to working in a busy environment
- Ability to work unsupervised, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Pro-active and solution orientated
