The role will report to Head of Operations, as well as working closely with the wider Thought Leaders 4 teams. Due to impressive company growth, Thought Leaders 4 is seeking a dedicated and highly organised Customer Services and Office Support Executive. You will play a critical role in the development of this new position, offering an exciting opportunity to be a part of shaping the Customer Services experience.

Person Specification

  • Required:
  • Strong organisation skills. Must be able to manage a high volume of client communications simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to adapt and develop with an evolving company.
  • Desired:
  • Experience in customer service or a related role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Respond to event and community queries via email and phone in a timely manner and communicating across TL4 teams when necessary.
  • Working closely with Finance to accurately manage invoicing queries and updates.
  • Managing registration amendments efficiently and consistently.
  • Oversee office management duties including, facilities, supplies, and supplier relationships.
  • Managing new starter onboarding and ensuring smooth IT set up.
  • Booking staff travel and accommodation requirements.
