Person Specification
- Likely to have a senior executive role in a professional services organisation with responsibility for an amount of business development and client relationship management.
- The ability to create and articulate a compelling and appropriate vision for Chambers that has clear action points – and to ensure they are followed up.
- A consummate professional and excellent communicator who thrives on building relationships from scratch, and engenders trust, respect and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationships, Business Development and Market Perception
- Looking for new opportunities whilst maintaining important relationships with clients and potential clients and shaping the way Chambers is viewed in the market
- Leadership & Management
- Providing leadership and inspiration but understanding that a ‘command and control’ approach will not be effective
- Operations
- Work with the Management Board and all staff to ensure excellence in Finance, IT, HR facilities and compliance both strategically and operationally
Professional Qualifications
Holds a degree (or of graduate caliber) with a proven track record of appropriate senior management experience. An MBA or equivalent - with proven results in putting this into practice - would be advantageous but is not essential.
