Person Specification

• Experience/knowledge of working in and a solid understanding of the Bar/legal sector
• Ability to work in a busy environment and organise and work under own initiative.
• Enthusiasm and positive attitude
• High attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a focus on client management and BD

Key Responsibilities

• Pro-active and ongoing client relationship development and management
• Event Management - including budgets, logistics and sponsorship
• Plan, develop and implement strategic marketing and communications plan
• Create targeted campaign strategies and communications tools
• Monitor the legal market and make recommendations for action
