This is a busy role reporting to the Chief Operating Officer requiring someone who has a strong work ethic with a practical approach to work and strong diplomatic and people skills. The new role will assist the COO across all areas of Chambers’ business functions. The Chambers Manager will take responsibility for the day to day running of most of the current services and functions.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ prior experience in a similar role – although not confined to The Bar - and will be able to demonstrate having had significant responsibility for delivery of services and projects, ideally in a legal or professional services environment or similar involving vocational professionals. The Chambers Manager must have a solid background in operations management or a function of operations.
