This standalone role plays a key part in both the day-to-day oversight and long-term operations of Chambers. The ideal candidate will offer energy and commitment, providing a significant role in the delivery and administration of core aspects of Chambers’ operations.

Person Specification

The role is offered on a part-time basis, initially, with the core hours of 25 hours per week (ideally delivered evenly Mon-Fri) with a possibility of increasing the hours at a later date. This can be delivered as a hybrid role, with some working from home possible. The successful candidate will need to be flexible with hours, as some weeks may require more time and some less. Key Responsibilities

• Facilities Management
• Managing onboarding, filing staff contracts, and general support as required
• Management of supplies and external (supplier) relationships
• IT – troubleshooting and acting as the first point of contact
• Supporting the Pupillage (“graduate recruitment”) process
• Policies, Compliance (inc. GDPR and Cyber) and Insurance Management
• Ad hoc support to the Marketing function
