All sets have a constitution governing membership of chambers but they are not easy to draft or amend, especially as each set has its own bespoke requirements and there is no approved precedent available. Join the LPMA at a webinar on Wednesday 29 January to learn more about constitutions, what could and should be included, and how issues are commonly dealt with. This will be an interactive webinar, so please feel free to come with questions and comments. Alternatively, please feel free to submit those in advance so that they can be raised during the main presentation (email questions to clarekelly@5pumpcourt.com)

The webinar will be chaired by Clare Kelly, Chambers Director at 5 Pump Court and will hear from Scott Leonard, partner at Bates Wells.  Scott is a corporate lawyer advising on a wide range of transactions, with particular expertise in advising barristers chambers and in drafting constitutions.

The webinar will take place from 1pm – 2pm and there will be plenty of time for questions and discussion. We will operate under Chatham House rules which we hope will allow attendees to speak freely and share experience and concerns.
