This update will focus on the global legal crisis involving false or fabricated citations, deepfakes, chambers’ responses, and the warnings issued to legal leaders, including partners, heads of chambers, pupil supervisors, and senior employed staff, as highlighted in R (Ayinde) v London Borough of Haringey [2025] EWHC 1383 (Admin).
