 Assistant Fees Clerk - Leading Barristers’ Chambers (London)

Due to the success and continued expansion of the business, Chambers is now seeking a highly motivated individual to join their fees team.

Working closely with the Fees Manager, Clerks, Members of Chambers and clients, the Assistant Fees Clerk is responsible for assisting the Fees Manager in ensuring the continued development, management and smooth operation of all of Chambers’ fees procedures and processes. 

Assistant Fees Clerk

  • Assisting with the management of fees billing and collection processes.
  • Liaison with clients and members of chambers to resolve fees issues.
  • Assist with the production of appropriate reports and information.
  • Assisting with payments/accounting and the central fee collection account.
  • Continued development of self and the role through training.

 The Person will:

  • Ideally have experience in a similar role in a professional services environment.
  • Be able to form effective professional relationships both internally and externally.
  • Be experienced at working with and collating financial information
  • Be an effective multi-tasker capable of delivering the role with confidence.
  • Be capable of prioritising and managing a busy workload.
  • Be highly efficient and orgainsed.
