Our Client, a leading multi-disciplinary set, offers a strong team of specialist family law barristers with a reputation as a professional, approachable and conscientious team delivering excellent results.

Members of the Team offer advice and advocacy in all areas of family practice and regularly appear in the High Court and Court of Appeal as well as the lower courts.

Chambers is now seeking to appoint a Family Team Clerk for an exciting and challenging opportunity to be a part of the Team’s continued growth.  The Set is also recognised for its commitment to client care.

The Role:

Working directly alongside and reporting to the Senior Family Clerk, the individual will assist with the management and development of this busy team.  This will include hands on and effective practice and diary management, fee negotiation and an active role in business development and marketing. They will also be expected to manage and develop more junior colleagues.

The individual:

Ideal candidates will possess 3-5 years of clerking experience, not necessarily gained in a family team/Set, be hard working and fully committed. They will also possess outstanding organisational, administrative and communication skills.

This post attracts a salary dependant on experience, plus a range of staff benefits.
